Entries (Online and Late)

Online entries are available until 5pm Friday 19 June 2026.

After online entries close, late entries will be subject to the availability of races and can only be made in person at Registration at the location and times below.

If a distance is sold out there will be no late entries available at Registration. There is no waitlist for a distance that is sold out.

Transfers to another distance

Transfers of distance are subject to availability. If a distance is sold out there will be no transfers available to that distance.

• Prior to midnight Monday 11 May 2026 you can transfer up or down a distance online by logging into your Active account. There is no fee but you must pay the difference in entry fee (at that time) if you go up in distance. There is no refund for going down distance.
• After midnight Monday 11 May 2026, transfers to another distance can only be done in person at Registration. There is no fee but you must pay the difference in entry fee (at that time) if you go up in distance. There is no refund for going down distance.

Please note there is no ability to Transfer to another Atlas Events event.

Transfer to another person

Transfers to another person must be within the same distance. If the new participant wants to change distance also then they must do that in a separate step (see above).

Important Notice About Race Bib Transfers After Midnight Monday 11 May 2026

From midnight Monday 11 May 2026, participant-to-participant transfers can no longer be completed online. Transfers can only take place in person at the event precinct during race week.

Due to recent reports of online scams, we strongly advise against purchasing entries from others via social media or resale platforms. Unfortunately, scammers can sell a single entry to multiple people and therefore we cannot verify if an entry is legitimate.

If you choose to accept an entry from someone else after this date, do not exchange any money unless you have received the physical race bib or it is in person at the Event Precinct during race week.

How to Complete a Transfer After Monday 11 May 2026

From this date, transfers can only be processed in person by either:

• The original participant who entered, or
• The person receiving the entry (must have the original participant’s registration confirmation email. SCREEN SHOTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED).

The transfer process must be completed during race week at the Event Precinct:

Friday 19 June 2026 – 10:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday 20 June 2026 – 9:00am to 4:00pm

Steps to transfer in person:

Visit the Transfers Desk with the person transferring the entry and/or the required confirmation email.

Pay the $20 transfer fee.

The new participant will receive a new race bib and the original bib will be deregistered.

Please Note:

If the new participant wishes to change to a different distance, this can only be done if that distance is not sold out. Otherwise, they must run in the original event distance.

After Monday 11 May 2026, all transfers are strictly between the two individuals involved. Atlas Events will not be responsible for any money exchanged, refunds, or failed transfers.

Help us keep everyone safe and avoid scams – only accept a race entry and transfer any funds if you are handed the official race bib.

Cancellation Policy

Where eligible, the following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received. Please email [email protected] to arrange cancellation.

• Refund of 50% up to 5pm, 6 April 2026
• Refund of 25% up to 5pm, 11 May 2026
• No Refunds after 5pm, 11 May 2026

Please note there is no ability to transfer to another Atlas Events event.
